Qualifications

• Two years of dealership experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data.
• Provide written cost estimates for labor and parts and set promised times.
• Communicate changes to customers and obtain authorization for additional work.
• Maintain CSI at or above brand/branch averages.
• Advise customers on maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
