Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to concerns and accurately document service needs.
• Prepare and present service recommendations and estimates.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide clear updates on vehicle status throughout the repair process.
• Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs.
• Ensure repair orders and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and CSI performance.
