Tuttle-Click Tustin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate who enjoys helping people and thrives in a goal-driven environment. You’ll guide customers through a transparent, enjoyable car-buying experience and learn about Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles.

This role is ideal for someone motivated and coachable, with no two days the same. We provide training, support, and a strong dealership reputation to help you succeed in a team-focused setting with opportunities

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
