Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides complete and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts; establishes promised time.
• Monitors repair progress; informs customers of changes and obtains authorization for additional work.
• Test-drives vehicles or refers to the test technician as needed.
• Maintains CSI goals and adheres to manufacturer standards.
• Advises customers on proper vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Follows safety policies and regulatory requirements.
