Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, appointment setting, lead generation or related roles preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners and prospective customers to generate leads.
• Follow up with inbound leads, marketing-generated opportunities, and previous inquiries.
• Build rapport quickly and establish trust through confident and engaging conversations.
• Generate qualified appointments for Outside Sales Advisors.
• Identify customer needs and create enthusiasm around solar, roofing, energy efficiency, and service solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve conversion rates.
