Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of commission-based sales experience.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
• Communicate effectively in-person and over the phone to discover wants and needs.
• Sell and close a customer based on their wants and needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process including design consultations and financing applications.
• Maintain product knowledge and recommend offerings to customers.
• Navigate computer programs as selling tools.
• Seek opportunities for self-development and training and welcome feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate teamwork.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
