Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled residential appointments to present window and door replacement options and close sales on the first visit.

This full-time, commission-based role offers uncapped earnings ($100,000–$250,000+ annually), paid training, and opportunities for top-performer rewards, along with insurance and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Able to travel up to 2 hours for appointments.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.

Responsabilités

• Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Perform a strong one-call close with no project management or follow-up required.
