Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and safely in all conditions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform system evaluations to identify root causes of issues
• Educate customers on operation, maintenance, and energy-saving opportunities
• Present options clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Document service findings and work completed in company software
