Coolray is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems for homeowners in the Atlanta market. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC system issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform comprehensive system evaluations to identify root causes of equipment issues.
• Service and maintain air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, IAQ systems, thermostats and controls.
• Present repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance requirements, and energy-saving opportunities.
• Promote and explain the benefits of the CoolCare Maintenance Agreement.
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, reliability and indoor air quality.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Accurately document service findings, completed work, and recommendations using company software.

• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, reliability, and indoor air quality
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Accurately document service findings, completed work, and recommendations using company software platforms
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Ensure all work is completed according to local, state, and national codes

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience
• Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC system issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications (EPA Certification preferred)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC equipment and materials
