Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of HVAC system issues.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Present repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance requirements, and energy-saving opportunities.
- Accurately document service findings, completed work, and recommendations.
