Job summary

Attic Projects is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in home-improvement packages. You will inspect properties, propose tailored attic, crawl space, HVAC and roofing solutions, and guide customers from quote to close.

We provide tools (vehicle, iPad, PPE) and a training program to help you succeed. The role offers base plus commission with a top potential of up to $300,000 per year for top performers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in attic/crawl space improvement, HVAC, or roofing.
• Experience with CRM systems; BuilderTrend preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Access through attic/crawl space openings (22"×30" opening).
• Able to climb ladders/scaffold safely.
• Ability to use PPE such as respirators, masks, eyewear, gloves.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of attics and crawl spaces and propose tailored solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through package options.
• Guide customers through the sales cycle from quote to closing.
• Provide accurate project estimates and inspection reports to operations.
