We provide leads, tools, and training; a base+commission plan with top earners up to $300k annually; company vehicle, gas card, and in-house support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in attic and crawl space improvement, HVAC, or roofing.
• Experience with CRM systems; BuilderTrend preferred.
• Physically demanding tasks may be required; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of attics and crawl spaces and propose tailored solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through package options and quotes to close sales.
• Own the sales cycle from presentation to closing and address post-sale questions.
