Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct pre-set, qualified home visits. You’ll educate homeowners on roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding options and close deals in-home.

The role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus, 100% commission with uncapped earnings, and substantial on-target earnings between $150K–$320K+ per year. Training is included with a four-week program.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a commission-based sales role.
• Must have valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Confident in in-home design consultations and closing deals.
• Submit to a background screening.
• Proficient with iPad and rendering software.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct in-home design consultations, design custom showers using rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and close in-home.
• Partner with Sales Manager for coaching, joint appointments, and weekly meetings.
