TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutions, and close projects in-home.

The role offers a 100% commission W-2 with uncapped earnings, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, four weeks of paid training at $1,000/week, monthly car and cell phone allowances, and an iPad provided by the company. Expect on-target earnings between $150K–$320K+ annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or consultative selling.
• Ability to present design options and provide accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners and close projects in-home.
• Conduct in-home design consultations and provide same-day estimates.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager for coaching and continuous improvement.
