Responsibilities

• Generate leads consistently using PLACE systems weekly.
• Host two open houses per month.
• Conduct buyer consultations and secure signed agreements.
• Write and negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
• Consult with sellers and convert to signed listings.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team training.
• Track activity and client progress in PLACE Technology.
