Qualifications

• Active Arkansas real estate license (or currently enrolled in coursework)
• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales or high-performance sales experience
• Ability to generate leads and manage a pipeline from prospecting through close
• Strong verbal communication; ability to handle objections and build trust
• Comfortable learning and using scripts and sales dialogues as a foundation
• Proficient or willing to learn CRM and transaction-management platforms
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Full-time availability and commitment to a professional schedule

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads consistently and maintain a robust pipeline
• Conduct buyer consultations and secure signed agreements
• Negotiate purchase and sale contracts to close deals
• Manage transactions from contract to close, tracking timelines and paperwork
• Host open houses and market listings to attract buyers
• Participate in team training and weekly coaching sessions
• Use PLACE technology to stay organized and track activity
