Qualifications

• Active real estate license required.
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of lead generation and pipeline management.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and navigate objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication — you need to be someone clients trust and enjoy working with.
• Comfortable with scripts and dialogues as a tool to sharpen your approach.
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients and transactions at the same time.
• Full-time commitment — every agent on this team is all-in.

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch and commit to the onboarding process.
• Execute lead generation activities consistently every week.
• Run buyer consultations and get signed agreements.
• Negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers.
• List properties and guide sellers from consultation to close.
• Host two open houses per month and actively prospect.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team activities consistently.
