Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities into appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers and convert to listings; market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategy, staging, and other listing services.
