Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate sales leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Schedule appointments and conduct consultations to assess customer insurance needs.
• Market and present appropriate insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy coverage, eligibility, changes, claims, and billing.
• Support clients through policy changes, transfers, claims submission, and clarification of billing or coverage questions.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining compliance with agency and industry regulations.
