Window World of Baton Rouge is seeking confident, driven sales professionals who know how to connect with customers and close the deal.

You'll meet with homeowners who are already interested in replacement windows, doors, and siding. Our training program includes three weeks of paid instruction to learn our products and process, then you will guide potential buyers through options, financing, and accurate estimates to grow earnings.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Availability for some evening and weekend appointments.
• Willingness to attend Wednesday meetings at Baton Rouge office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled sales appointments.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and budget.
• Present options, financing, and accurate project estimates.
• Measure windows and project areas.
• Build trust, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage appointments and work toward individual and team goals.
