Worxweb Solutions is recruiting Freight Brokers on behalf of a client freight brokerage organization. This in-office role requires a sales-oriented professional with knowledge of the freight market and a proven track record in logistics sales.

Base salary is $50,000 per year with a 75,000 OTE and top performers earning $125,000+ annually. The role emphasizes prospecting, closing, and managing accounts in a B2B environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in logistics or freight.
• Inside or outside B2B telesales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales fundamentals: prospecting, follow-up and closing.
• Computer proficient: internet, Outlook and CRM.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and discipline to meet targets.
• Steady employment history; gaps or short tenures may disqualify.

Mansioni

• Prospect, develop, and close new shipper and carrier accounts via outbound sales.
• Manage and grow an existing book of freight accounts.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate shipments between shippers and carriers.
• Meet daily call/activity requirements and hit monthly quota targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up through the sales cycle.
