Job summary

The Toyota of Santa Fe, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Finance Manager to streamline F&I product sales while ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will work closely with the sales team, lenders, and customers to deliver financing solutions and maximize dealership profitability.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of automotive F&I experience, strong credit analysis and communication skills, and proficiency with DMS/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive Finance & Insurance experience at a franchised dealership.
• Proven track record of attaining finance product penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lender programs.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell F&I products including service contracts and protection plans.
• Secure financing approvals with banks and lenders.
• Ensure all deal docs are accurate and compliant.
• Review credit applications and structure financing options.
• Collaborate with sales to maximize profitability.
• Maintain knowledge of F&I products, programs, and regulations.
• Deliver a transparent, professional finance experience.
