Job summary

Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in Lynchburg, VA to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling options, and close sales. Training is provided; roofing/construction experience is not required, just strong communication and organization.

You will benefit from company-provided leads, AI coaching, CRM tools, and a take-home vehicle, with a compensation range that rewards performance up to six figures.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, competitive, coachable, and results-driven.
• Valid driveror's license with clean record and ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (roofs/attics).
• Recommend exterior remodeling solutions, present clear estimates, and close sales.
• Manage calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
