Cenvar Roofing & Exteriors in Virginia is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close sales. Training is provided with no prior roofing experience required, and you will learn our proven sales process.

You will receive leads, CRM support, and a take-home company vehicle, with a strong commission potential totaling $150k–$250k per year. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check are required.

Formación

• Requires a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors.
• Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
