Job summary

Forward Air is seeking Owner Operators who are true business partners, offering pay built for independent drivers with a base of $1.31 per loaded mile and $1.18 per empty mile plus FSC. Solo operators can earn up to $250,000 gross per year and average weekly gross of $4,100–$5,200, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus in the first year.

The network features 99% no-touch, drop & hook freight and 2–3 weeks out on the road, across 100+ nationwide locations, designed to maximize earnings and minimize truck

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12+ months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Equipment must be newer than 10 years old.
