Job summary

CDJR of Leesburg is seeking energetic Sales Advisors to join our high-volume dealership team. We offer a pay range of $60k-$150k+ per year, with potential for more based on skill and performance.

Expect to make 100+ calls daily, deliver strong customer service, and grow within a fast-paced automotive environment. Full-time roles include major medical, dental/vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, and 401k with company participation, plus ongoing training and advancement opportunities at Morgan

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Good customer service skills and work ethic.
• Goal oriented and high energy.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to follow a process.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Previous car sales experience ideal but not required.
• Must Be Professional with a confident attitude.
• Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette.
• Strong customer service and phone skills.
• Efficient with Time management to be able to make a minimum of 100 call per day.
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
• Positive, flexible and process-oriented.
• Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership.
• Possess strong organizational, follow-up, Accurate record keeping.
• Ability to active listening and deliver 110% customer experience.
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Quick thinker and learner.
• Previous call center experience (an asset but not required).
• An interest in the automotive industry.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Team Members Attentiveness.
• Saturdays required and some Sundays.
