We welcome energetic, motivated candidates with or without automotive sales experience. We will train the right people for success, offering paid training, a clear path for advancement, and the potential to earn $60,000 to $100,000+ per year through base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required! We welcome entry-level candidates, recent graduates, retail sales associates, hospitality professionals, customer service representatives, and experienced automotive salespeople. We will train the right candidates to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Help customers explore new and pre-owned vehicles and identify the right vehicle for their needs.
• Build relationships, establish trust, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Learn Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and RAM vehicle features, technology, options, and specifications.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective buyers by phone, email, text, and dealership CRM tools.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
