You will present products, guide financing options, and build a strong customer pipeline in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred, automotive or fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals ethically and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Familiarity with CRM software and maintaining customer databases.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the right Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT or preowned vehicle.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives highlighting vehicle features and technology.
• Guide customers through financing, leasing, and warranty options clearly and transparently.
• Negotiate vehicle pricing professionally while maintaining dealership profitability.
• Develop and manage a robust customer pipeline through outbound calls, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Stay current on Stellantis model lineup, Mopar accessories, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability.
