Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives.
• Explain features, pricing, financing options, and warranty details clearly.
• Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals consistently.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on inventory, incentives, and dealership policies.
