Job summary

Zeigler Kia of Holland! is seeking an enthusiastic automotive salesperson to drive new and used vehicle sales while upholding gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction targets.

The role involves guiding customers through vehicle selection, offering test drives, and ensuring proper paperwork and delivery. A strong focus on follow-up, ethical conduct, and product knowledge helps build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to learn dealership policies and follow-up processes.
• Willingness to engage customers and meet monthly vehicle sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork per dealership policy.
• Uses dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system for repeat and referral business.
• Delivers vehicles to customers and explains features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Turns deals to finance and insurance with proper documentation.
• Maintains knowledge of products, options, and depreciation to assist customers.
