Responsibilities

Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery.
Provide a consultative sales experience by understanding customer needs.
Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic timely.
Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs in a commission-based environment.
