Incredible Health is actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses for the PCU/Stepdown unit in Perth Amboy, NJ. This role involves caring for medium to high-acuity patients, closely monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating with physicians and care teams.

Shifts are available day, night, and mid, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. The hospital offers benefits such as 401(k), PTO, tuition assistance, and recognition for excellence.

Competenze

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology or cardiac settings preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Mansioni

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients and monitor vital signs and IV drips.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers and other staff.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and equipment use.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records in line with policies.
