Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) seeks Certified Surgical Technologists to support complex, high-acuity surgeries in a collaborative operating room environment on York Avenue, New York.

You will work closely with Registered Nurses and physicians, performing essential technical and procedural activities to uphold patient safety, surgical efficiency, and high-quality outcomes across multiple surgical services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or recognized secondary education credential).
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• National certification NBSTSA required.
• BLS certification required by time of hire.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
• Experience supporting complex operating room procedures across multiple surgical services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to support unit and patient needs through essential technical activities.
• Contribute to patient safety, surgical efficiency, and high quality outcomes across multiple surgical services.
