Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at 1133 York Avenue, New York, NY. You will work closely with the RN and physician to support OR services and patient care, performing critical technical activities to keep the unit efficient.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Graduate of accredited Surgical Technology program and NBSTSA certification.
• BLS certification required by time of hire.
• Superb communication skills and a high standard of integrity.
• A passion for healthcare and the ability to assist on multiple OR and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direct collaboration with the Registered Nurse and physician to meet unit and patient needs by performing technical activities.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the unit as an integral member of the health care team.
