Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing from ACEN/CCNE accredited program.
• Current BLS certification.
• US citizen with ability to pass background/security checks and DHA vaccination requirements.
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient history, assessments, and directives.
• Assess patients and manage individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and blood products safely by multiple routes.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, interactions, and dosages.
• Provide patient and family education and advocacy.
• Assist physicians with treatments, admissions, and discharges.
• Support tissue/blood bank procedures and patient handoffs.
• Participate in rounds, nursing reports, and care conferences.
• Ensure documentation, QA, and safety compliance.
