Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah in Kentucky is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time role in a LTAC setting. You will care for critically ill patients, work with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, and help develop individualized care plans.

The position requires an active KY or compact RN license, 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in KY or compact state.
• 1+ year acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
