Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time opportunity to care for high-acuity LTAC patients recovering from complex medical conditions.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor patient progress, administer medications, educate families, and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines. KY license required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
