Qualifications

• Background Check: Must pass a clean, comprehensive background check.
• Open Availability: Ability to cover shifts flexibly as needed.
• Absolute Schedule Consistency: Predictable routine; impeccable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Hygiene: Provide total personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Mobility & Positioning: Assist with transfers, turning, and positioning for comfort.
• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals and assist with oral nutrition as outlined.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care area.
• Collaboration: Work alongside home health staff and report changes promptly.
