Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of caregiving experience.
• Facility care or skilled nursing background preferred.

• Open availability to cover shifts flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning.
• Plan and prepare meals; support oral nutrition per care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping in the client area.
• Collaborate with home health nursing staff and report changes promptly.
