Job summary

Aloma Healthcare, Inc. in Huffman, TX is seeking a high-level Caregiver or CNA to provide essential personal care and daily living support for a client with ALS. You will work alongside the client’s home health clinical team in a home-based setting.

Ideal candidates have facility-based experience (skilled nursing, rehab, or hospital) and are comfortable around complex equipment. CNA certification is highly preferred, but experienced non-certified caregivers with the right background are welcome

Qualifications

• Background check: must pass a clean, comprehensive check.
• Open availability to cover shifts flexibly.
• Absolute schedule consistency is required; predictable routine essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide total personal care and meticulous grooming/skin care.
• Assist with safe transfers, turning and positioning for comfort.
• Plan and prepare meals; assist with oral nutrition as outlined.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe care environment.
• Collaborate with home health nursing staff and report changes promptly.
