Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a HICX SME to drive vendor master data governance and integration workstreams. The role focuses on designing enhancements, testing, and enabling changes across SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba and other platforms.

The candidate will work on a hybrid model with collaboration across international teams, delivering compliant onboarding and data integrity for the future digital core.

Qualifikationen

• Vendor HICX templates knowledge and how they map to supplier data governance.
• ERP systems experience, ideally SAP (not necessarily S/4).
• Understanding of vendor life cycle and master data management controls.
• Knowledge of finance and commercial controls within procurement.
• Operational knowledge of MARS processes, tools, and organization.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support SP team with design of HICX enhancement based on the new vendor data model.
• Manage testing (FUT, SIT), supporting UAT and handover to BAU team and Functional Experts.
• Design and implement the global vendor management process in HICX and related workshops.
• Contribute to change impact assessments and training needs analysis for vendor management.
• Participate in global design workshops and support documentation.
