Aerotek is hiring a Hi-Temp Floor Operator in Walton, KY to manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and inspect quality across warehouse operations. Job Description

As a Hi-Temp Floor Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accountability, performing cycle counts, and ensuring quality inspections. Work Environment

Work in a newer building with modern upgrades. The Carbon Department is climate‑controlled, though some areas can get hot due to furnaces. The position follows a 12‑hour 2-2-3 schedule, rotating every 8 weeks between day and night shifts. The facility is tobacco‑free, emphasizing a clean and organized environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Walton, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
