Job summary

GlobalPoint HC seeks an experienced registered nurse to float across Medical, Laulima and Cardiovascular units in Hawaii. The role requires a Hawaii license at start, BLS and ACLS (PALS/ TNCC/ ENPC preferred) with 2–10 years of nursing experience. Shifts are 12 hours (night), with orientation first, then a 36-hour week and variable hours.

The unit mix includes Medical, Laulima (surgical Acute), and Cardiovascular; nurse-to-patient ratios vary by unit and shift. Professional attire is required.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii nursing license required by start of assignment.
• 2-10 years of nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float between Medical, Laulima, and Cardiovascular units.
• Follow orientation; rotate shifts as needed.
• Utilize Meditech EMR; Pyxis; wound VAC; chest tubes.

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.

Flex Rn Floats between various medical and surgical units

Shift or schedule requirements.

12-hour shifts - Night (1845 to 0715) - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours.

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.

Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes.
