Job summary

GLOBALPOINT HC in Hawaii seeks a Float Registered Nurse to support Medical, Laulima, and Cardiovascular units. You will float between medical and surgical units, providing patient care across teams and adapting to unit needs. The role requires Hawaii RN licensure by start, BLS and ACLS; PALS, TNCC or ENPC preferred. 12-hour day shifts (0645–1915), 36 hours/week after orientation, with no guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years experience
• BLS, ACLS (Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC)
• Hawaii License required by start of assignment

Job description

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. Medical and religious exemption requests will not be accepted in lieu of documented proof of immunity.

Medical - 77; Laulima (surgical Acute) - 18; Cardiovascular Unit - 15

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.

Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights

Laulima 1:6

Cardiovascular 1:4

Ratio may vary due to unexpected leaves
