Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a Hilo Operator to ensure safe, accurate storage and shipping of products in a high-volume warehouse in Michigan. You will operate forklift equipment, use scanning software, and help maintain food-grade safety standards.

Responsibilities include moving product, loading outbound orders, inspecting trailers, and assisting with inventory and warehouse upkeep. Prior forklift experience and the ability to stand for long periods are required; overtime and weekend hours may be

• Previous warehouse or forklift experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• May work overtime, evenings, or weekends as directed.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment and scanning software in a fast-paced environment.
• Move product to and from storage locations and load outbound orders with accuracy.
• Inspect equipment and trailers prior to use and ensure food-grade safety.
• Secure loaded trailers and participate in inventory counting when needed.
• Perform warehouse cleaning tasks and assist with related duties as required.
