Roskam Foods, a Grand Rapids-based contract manufacturer, is seeking a warehouse/line worker to load, unload, and move materials across a multi-facility operation. The role requires operating forklifts and other lifting devices, inspecting loads, and maintaining FIFO material flow to support production lines.

Ideal candidates bring warehouse or manufacturing experience, a safety-conscious mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple facilities.

Formación

• Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow FIFO and maintain organized material flow.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Move and position loads using forklifts and other lifting devices.
• Inspect loads for accuracy and transport them safely to designated areas.
• Weigh materials and record production data on tags or labels.
• Stage materials to ensure continuous production and minimize downtime.
• Support line needs and forecast material requirements for smooth operation.
