Job summary

• Read and follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and 3D models.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and able to work with steel parts and moving components.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate motorized cranes or forklifts safely.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality assemblies.
• Reliable team member who can follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and 3D models.
• Inspect parts such as steel components, fans, bearings, bushings, sheaves, and shafts; make minor adjustments as needed.
• Locate and retrieve parts required for assembly.
• Move assemblies safely using motorized cranes or forklifts.
• Assemble components accurately following blueprints and 3D models.
• Document completed assemblies according to AKG and industry standards.
• Meet production quotas set by Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Build and maintain knowledge of parts and assembly procedures.
• Report issues to supervisors promptly.
