Job summary

NorthBay Home Health in Winter Haven, FL is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one home health care during the night shift (9pm–7am). Deliver individualized care in patients' homes, follow care plans, monitor status, administer medications and procedures, and communicate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers.

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted).
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus.

Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) - Night Shift

Location: Winter Haven, FL
Schedule: 9pm-7a
