Job summary

NorthBay Home Health in Highlands County, Avon Park, FL is hiring Home Health Nurses (RNs & LPNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care. We offer 12-hour shifts with day and night options and the ability to work 2 or 3 days per week.

Earn $25.00–$35.00 per hour based on experience and licensure. Florida RN/LPN license required; compact license accepted; pediatric nursing experience preferred; G-Tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilator care desirable.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health preferred)
• Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with G-Tubes, Tracheostomies, and Ventilator care highly desirable
• Eligible to complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home
• Monitor patient condition and follow individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered procedures
