Job summary

NorthBay Home Health is seeking licensed RNs and LPNs for night shifts in Auburndale, FL, delivering 1:1 in-home nursing care on weekends or alternating weekends.

You will follow care plans, administer medications, document accurately, and collaborate with physicians and caregivers; AHCA Level 2 screening required; pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators a plus
• AHCA Level 2 background screening required under HB 531 (2025)

Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) – Night Shift

Weekends or every other weekend opportunities available

Location: Auburndale, FL Schedule: Saturday 7p-7a; Sunday 7a-3p (or every other Sunday); Thursday 7a-7p
